I purchased a new cub cadet mower from them. They delivered it to my house than they gave me some instruction on how it all worked. A couple weeks later the mower wouldn't start. I called Anderson feed back up to explain what was going on. They came and picked up the mower took it to their mechanic, he fixed it then they returned it to me in 3 days. Great customer service

We moved to Sautee from Wisconsin in March and needed a zero turn. Did my research and decided that a Cub Cadet ZT1-50 the best fit in my price range. I was going to buy one from a big box store but decided to call Anderson's. Talked to Todd on Monday morning he had one in stock but needed to be assembled and said it could be delivered by Friday. That worked for me, he met the price from the box store but they charged $149 for delivery. I felt that that delivery charge was worth it for a real mechanic to assemble it. Todd gave me a call that it was assembled and ready to deliver the next day! Michael delivered it showed me how to use it and was very impressed with his knowledge! I couldn't be any happier with a FLAWLESS purchase!!! Thanks to all at Anderson's you are now my go to hardware store even though it's further than the hardware store I used to shop at. Well here is an update on my previous review. Had an issue with my brand new Zero Turn two weeks and 2 cuttings into my purchase. The right rear drive was leaking so I called Todd, explained the problem and sent someone over to pick it up. Told him there was no rush because I didn't need it for a couple weeks. Lo and behold it was returned 4 days later all fixed! It's not always the problem it's how it is handled! Hats off to Anderson Hardware you handled it flawlessly! Sure am glad I purchased it there and not the Big Box store!!!!

These guys are top notch in my book. I went in to buy a belt for my lawn tractor and the guy in service went out of his way to tell me what might be wrong with my mower and said I could call him for some help if I needed it. Ended up the belt wasn’t the problem so the next day I went in to buy a new tractor which they stand behind unlike the big block stores. They cleaned and gassed it up and delivered it to me the same day. I don’t know where else you get service like that. Love them!

What a good find, this is a great store for anything you would expect at such an establishment. Helpful super knowledgeable people make this my new go-to store. The addition of a repair facility that is manned by a “guru repair mechanic” is a bonus of bonuses. A great small town feel, I will be back.
Turns out they only service equipment they sell, and I bought my mower elsewhere. But when I explained the problem, their mechanic told me the 90% solution he uses for it, and it worked. They made $0 off me, and gave me great service anyway.
